Chefs in Schools

Since 2014 Nicole has been working in schools - linking the food served in the dinning hall to the school food curriculum. Nicole has worked in collaboration with Henry Dimbleby who wrote the School Food Plan (2013) and Louise Nichols (exec head teacher Leap Federation).

Together in 2018, the group of us founded a charity called Chefs in Schools with Nicole, Henry, Louise, Naomi Duncan and Jo Weinberg.

​

Chefs in Schools is now operating the kitchens in 25 schools where Nicole works with talented chefs and passionate head teachers and business managers to improve, grow and nurture the programme.
